Mackey Pedro Ximenez Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, 46% ABV

This Old Kempton Distilled Spirit was matured in Premium ex Pedro Ximenez. Pedro Ximenez grapes are dried in the sun before being crushed to make wine, adding extra sweetness and flavours of raisins and dried fruits to the wine.

Maturating our whisky in ex Pedro Ximenez Casks has produced a dark coloured full flavoured bold whisky delivering notes of sweet chocolate, Christmas pudding, toffee, fruits and nuts.
