This Old Kempton Distilled Spirit was matured in premium ex Oloroso Casks and ex Pedro Ximenez Casks.

The strong, dry full-bodied flavours of Oloroso combined with the sweet, raisin flavours of PX to produce a complex, harmonious and contrasting melody of flavours that dance on the palate.
