Shene's creative endeavours led to the inception of a singular triple-distilled and double-distilled Tasmanian single malt whisky marriage. This one of a kind spirit initiated its aging journey exclusively and separately in meticulously handcrafted Apera and Tawny casks. Once matured the kindred spirits and finished this aromatic expression in premium French Cognac casks. Shene's Cognac Release echoes Shene's well known triple-distilled style and showcases a collection of unique characteristics derived from their cask types.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet toffee, subtle spice and floral notes underpinned by smooth oakiness and clean spirit.
Palate: Velvety vanilla trailed by gentle spices, Hints of candied lollies and dried fruits.
